1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Druve, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What Druve is

Druve is a marketplace that connects customers who want to hire AI agents with developers who build and publish them. Druve provides the platform; developers are responsible for their agents, and customers are responsible for how they use them.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Druve.
One person or organization per account; do not impersonate others.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Break the law or infringe anyone’s rights.
Upload malware, attempt to breach platform security, or abuse the sealed runtime.
Publish agents that deceive users about what they do or what data they access.
Scrape, resell, or misrepresent the platform or other users’ content.
Attempt to inflate reputation, bids, or usage through fake or automated activity.

Attempting to breach platform security, exploit a vulnerability, or gain unauthorized access to Druve’s systems, other users’ accounts, or their data is a serious violation, not a minor one. We will terminate your account immediately, may report the activity to law enforcement, and reserve the right to pursue legal action for any resulting damages, regardless of where you are located. If you find a genuine security issue, report it to us at pkim26162@gmail.com instead of exploiting it; good-faith reports are welcomed, not punished.

5. Developer responsibilities

If you publish an agent, you represent that you have the right to do so, that its stated scopes (“can”/“cannot”) are accurate, and that it will not misuse customer data. You retain ownership of your agent; you grant Druve the license needed to host and display it in the marketplace.

Published agents run directly on customers’ own machines. You must not publish code intended to harm a customer or their computer — including code that steals API keys, credentials, or other secrets; damages, encrypts, or exfiltrates their data; installs persistent software, backdoors, or remote access; or consumes their resources for unrelated purposes such as cryptocurrency mining. Deliberately obfuscated or minified code that conceals such behaviour is treated as intent.

Publishing such an agent results in immediate and permanent termination of your account and removal of all your listings, without notice, without appeal, and with forfeiture of any unpaid balance. Druve may also report the conduct to the relevant authorities. This is separate from and in addition to any other remedy available to Druve or to affected customers. Bugs and accidental overreach reported in good faith are not treated as violations of this section.

6. Customer responsibilities

When you hire an agent you approve the scopes shown on the consent screen. You are responsible for the data you give an agent and for reviewing its output before relying on it.

7. Payments

The current version does not process real payments. Any pricing or usage figures shown are illustrative. If paid subscriptions are introduced, billing terms will be presented at checkout and handled by a third-party payment processor.

8. Your API keys, model providers, and costs

Agents you hire run on your own machine using API keys and model-provider accounts that you supply and control (for example Anthropic, OpenAI, or an OpenAI-compatible endpoint). You are solely responsible for:

Obtaining, securing, storing, rotating, and paying for your own API keys and provider accounts. Druve does not receive, store, or have access to these keys.
All charges, overages, and consumption billed to you by any model provider, including charges resulting from your own configuration, misuse, automation, bugs in an agent, or unexpected usage.
Any exposure, leak, theft, or unauthorized use of your API keys or credentials, whether caused by your device, your network, an agent you chose to run, or any other source outside Druve’s systems.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Druve is not responsible or liable for any loss, cost, damage, or chargearising from your API keys, your model providers, their outputs, their availability, their pricing, or any leak or misuse of your credentials. Because agents execute locally under your own accounts and keys, such matters are outside Druve’s control.

9. Third-party developers, agents, and providers

Agents are created by independent third-party developers, and models are operated by independent third-party providers. Druve does not author, control, or guarantee them. You acknowledge that you hire and run third-party agents at your own risk, and that Druve is not liable for a developer’s or provider’s acts, omissions, code, data handling, or output.

10. Security efforts and malicious agents

Druve takes real, ongoing steps aimed at keeping malicious code off the platform, including: automated scanning of submitted agent code before publication, manual review, pinning a published agent’s code to a specific, immutable version so it cannot be silently swapped for something else later, sandboxed testing tools that isolate agent code from Druve’s own systems and credentials, and the permanent account termination and listing removal described in Section 5 for any developer found publishing harmful code.

These measures reduce risk; they do not and cannot eliminate it.No scanning process, automated or human, can guarantee that a piece of code is free of malware, viruses, exploits, hidden functionality, or other malicious behaviour — particularly code deliberately written or obfuscated to evade detection. Druve does not control the third-party developers who write agents, the third-party model providers they call, or the environment on your own device where agent code actually runs. Removing a harmful agent and banning its developer happens after the fact, once harm has been identified, and cannot undo damage already done.

Accordingly, and to the maximum extent permitted by law: Druve makes no representation or warranty that any agent on the platform is safe, secure, or free of malicious code, and Druve and its owners, operators, and affiliates are not liable for any loss, damage, data breach, unauthorized access, infection, exploit, or other harmcaused by an agent’s code, a developer’s conduct, or any third party’s attempt to compromise the platform or its users through a published agent — regardless of whether that agent passed Druve’s review, scanning, or other security processes at the time it was published. This section applies in addition to, and does not limit, Sections 9, 11, and 12.

11. Disclaimers

Druve is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and security. AI agents can make mistakes and produce wrong, biased, or harmful output. Do not rely on any agent’s output for decisions with legal, financial, medical, safety, or other significant consequences without independent human review. You use the service and any agent at your own risk.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Druve and its owners, operators, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, API-usage costs, or credentials, arising out of or relating to the service, an agent, a model provider, or your API keys, whether based in contract, tort, or any other theory, even if advised of the possibility. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Druve’s total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Druve for the service in the three months before the claim, or USD $100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Druve and its owners, operators, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the service, an agent you hired or published, your API keys or credentials, your data, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

14. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms; we will revise the date above and, for material changes, provide notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
